  1. Posting when your supporters are on Facebook will make a difference. Facebook gives all page manages this data, so take advantage of it!
  2. You’ll want to post at least two to three times a day to Facebook. Using a content curation strategy will help you gather this much content.
  3. Following points one and two above will make a difference.
  4. Keep in mind that Facebook is not a traditional content platform. What works else where may not work as well on Facebook.
  5. Have fun! Posting to Facebook and talking with your supporters should be fun. Be thoughtful but don’t over think it 🙂

  1. Facebook does have a two week event limit so plan accordingly!
  2. Always use an event page never a full new Facebook page.
  3. Most locations and venues have their own Facebook pages with addresses and full maps. You can link to this inside your event so that people know where to go.
  4. Decide whether you want your event to be public or private on Facebook.

  1. For the best organic reach and engagement you’ll want to shoot for 3 to 4 posts a day on Facebook.
  2. Always use a native Facebook video when you can. Never up load to YouTube first when you can simply up load directly to Facebook. This is give your video higher reach and engagement, and allow it to auto play in your supporter’s feeds.
  3. Focus on engagement rate over page likes. Page likes tend to be a vanity metric.
  4. Measure your work and effort.
  5. Focus on what content and stories your fans enjoy for greater engagement.

  1. Your “background” needs to be transparent or 0% opacity. This is anything that isn’t your overlay image or bag.
  2. Your file should be a PNG
  3. Make sure your overlay image isn’t “too busy”. Pick one or two major design themes.
  4. Be sure to fill in the sharing information when creating your campaign. This is the image that will be displayed as your promote your new campaign.
  5. Share your resulting campaign on Facebook at least three to four times for maximum results.
